Institutional data provided by schools using the Service, including student records, attendance, and academic performance.
Files and documents uploaded to the Service, such as student photos, certificates, and administrative documents.
Fee and payment information processed on behalf of the institution when online payments are enabled.
Usage data such as pages visited, device/browser information, and log data.
Communications you send to us, such as support requests or feedback.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

Communicate updates, support responses, and important notices.
Comply with legal obligations applicable to educational institutions.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with the educational institution administering your account, or as required by law. We also use the following third-party service providers to operate the Service, each of whom may process data only on our behalf and solely to perform the tasks described below:

Amazon Web Services (S3) — secure storage of uploaded files and documents.
Stripe and Razorpay — payment processing for institution fee collection, where enabled.
Email delivery providers (SMTP) — sending account, notification, and transactional emails.

These providers are contractually obligated not to use your information for any purpose other than providing services to us, and we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs that share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law and institutional record-keeping requirements.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is a business-to-business school administration tool intended for use by educational institutions, administrators, teachers, and parents — it is not directed at children as a consumer product. The Service may nonetheless be used by institutions to manage records of students who are minors; such data is provided and controlled by the institution, which is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent required under applicable law. We do not collect advertising identifiers, do not serve advertising, and do not use the Service to build advertising profiles of any user, including minors.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Requests should be directed to your institution's administrator or to us directly using the contact details below.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email support@iskoolpro.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including your name, institution, and registered email address. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records an institution is legally required to retain.
